Rania is truly an amazing person to work with! We decided to hire her about a month before our wedding at the downtown Cleveland Marriott so that we wouldn’t have to worry about anything on the day of our wedding. Best decision we ever made!! Rania made our wedding day (and weeks leading up to it) stress free!! She helped coordinate all of the little details and worked with the hotel and vendors to make sure everything came together beautifully. I knew I wasn’t going to have to worry about any problems that may come up because I had her and she knew exactly what I would want done. Rania is a genuinely sweet person with a great personality making it so easy to work and communicate with her. She is very professional and will help you with every single thing you ask her to. Rania, Owner of Eva Mea, is an absolute delight to work with. Hiring her was by far one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She is very organized, a great communicator, and extremely talented. She did our centerpieces, flowers, signs, flower wall, and ceremony decorations. All of it was beautiful and we received countless compliments. I had shown her a picture from pinterest of what I wanted my bouquet to look like, and she exceeded my expectations in every way. Rania was so helpful and supportive during our constant changing of plans due to covid. She really puts her heart into what she does, and will make sure your day is amazing and perfect. I recommend her highly not only for her talent, but for her incredibly positive and fun personality. It was a true pleasure working with her and getting to know her.
Rania was the day-of-coordinator for our September 7th wedding at Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens in Akron, OH. She also provided many of the decor items for the ceremony and reception. I can't express how happy I was with the work she did for us--she was helpful, flexible, candid, and the amount of work, care and effort she put in were phenomenal. If I could go back in time I would have hired her to coordinate the entire thing! She is an absolute pleasure to work with. It's very rare to find someone who is tremendous at what they do, cares deeply about their clients and the quality of their work, but Rania certainly does. I would recommend her to anyone I knew getting married.
Rania, from Eva Mea Event Design, was an integral part of my wedding. Even though she was my "day of coordinator" we met weeks in advance and communicated often. She was organized and thought of all the little things that would never have crossed my mind. My wedding was beyond perfect. I couldn't have asked for more!
Rania was a pleasure to work with on my wedding! She created our centerpieces (including the floral decor), brought the charger plates, and set up everything in advance. The decor for our reception was STUNNING and she really made my vision come to life! She was also our coordinator for our rehearsal and day-of activities, which relieved a lot of stress in making sure we facilitated our timeline and everyone knew what to do for key events (ceremony & reception). I highly recommend her for her decor skills, attention to detail, organization, and communication (she's very responsive and proactive).

Rania, the owner of Eva Mea Event Design, is AWESOME! She is very considerate, thoughtful and easy to work with. I came to her last minute and asked for her help with my birthday party. She listened to my requests and satisfied them all! In a short time, Rania came up with the perfect plan, paid attention to every detail. It is the best birthday party! All my friends had a blast. Rania did a phenomenal job with planning my wife's surprise birthday party, coordinating countless guests - kids and adults, travel plans from multiple states, local transportation and accomadations, recommending the perfect venue/decor and arranging the best vendors.
