What's Next?
Within 1-3 business days you'll receive an email via info@evamea.com to let you know
whether your event date is available or not.
If your event date is available, a virtual consultation meeting will be scheduled during which we will discuss your event details and the service you're interested in.
After the consultation meeting you will be provided via email with a custom quote based
on your event needs.
Upon quote approval you'll receive a link to the agreement which will include the service in detail
and the agreement terms & conditions.
Once the agreement is signed and the retainer is received, your event date will be secured for the service booked.
